2. Birth Certificate
3. Caste Certificate
4. Employee Certificate {For WCL}
5. Residential Proof
6. Adhar Card / ID of Child / Parent
7. Report Card of past 2 yrs.
8. Sealed marks for board class.
9. 02 PP Size Photo
10. Medical Certificate

For other classes interviews & other tests compulsory after filling the Registration Form.
